Optimal spares provisioning is a prerequisite for all types of maintenance tasks, such as inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. With the exception of preventive activities, spare parts for maintenance tasks are usually required at random intervals. Thus, the fast and secure coordination of the demand for spare parts with the supply of spare parts at the required time is an important factor for the punctual execution of the maintenance process. As spare parts for machinery are often needed urgently at short notice. We maintain a ready stock of almost all essential spares required for screw/Air Compressor and supply immediately against orders, thus reduction machine downtime.

A hose is a flexible hollow tube designed to carry fluids from one location to another. Hoses are also sometimes called pipes (the word pipe usually refers to a rigid tube, whereas a hose is usually a flexible one), or more generally tubing. The shape of a hose is usually cylindrical (having a circular cross section).
Hose design is based on a combination of application and performance. Common factors are size, pressure rating, weight, length, straight hose or coilhose, and chemical compatibility.
Applications mostly use nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, PVC, or synthetic or natural rubbers, based on the environment and pressure rating needed. In recent years, hoses can also be manufactured from special grades of polyethylene (LDPE and especially LLDPE). Other hose materials include PTFE (Teflon), stainless steel, and other metals.

We provide the following type of Hoses:

  • SS Double wire braided hose/spiral
  • Hydraulic hose
  • Pneumatic hose
  • Rayon braided hose
  • Cotton covered
  • Stainless steel corrugated
  • Steam hose

Hoses may possess design features which are essential for certain applications.

  • Anti-static - Hoses are conductive or semi-conductive to prevent the buildup of static electricity.

  • Flame resistant - Hoses are constructed to maintain their integrity in the presence of flame or fire.

  • Explosion proof - Explosion-proof hoses are constructed to withstand internal explosion of a specified gas, vapour or dust. Several explosion-proof ratings are governed by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL).
